  This may have been the best UPS store but it certainly isn't when I walked in. I picked this store as it is closest to home and a client wanted to send info for shipping directly to store. Went to store and even though I had an e mail confirmation of the info that was faxed by client, copy of the fax, I was told they never recieved the fax. When I tried to continue on the very nice lady at the store very politely told me that UPS stores do not insure packages. She then very politely and helpfully wrote directions to the only place I could go that would issue insurance, "the hub" I went to the hub about another couple of miles away and was told that they did not wrap packages, even though I had the shipping labels printed, they had to services they only took boxes. Fortunately a very nice man, Tony, took the time to find a box, scrounged some packing materials and then put the labels on. The ladies at this location are very nice in a surface-y kind of way, but offered no service whatsoever, and sent me to a place that was not a location to offer services (it was not a store) So very politely I was sent on a fools errand (TG Tony stepped up with super service) and gave me information that was not true. UPS does insure, and didn't even offer to wrap the item I was shipping. Avoid this one
