- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Had to ship Christmas gifts and some were fragile and odd shapes. The lady at the desk went above and beyond to help me, showing me multiple options and we got everything packed like a fortress. I didn't get her name, but other customers were coming in and the rest of the staff backed her up while she handled this for me. I was really concerned about shipping these gifts since they could easily break, but she did a really great job and took the time to really makes sure the gifts were super-protected.By Max Smith, May 16, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've had reasonably good experiences there until recently. This time was with the "Owner/Notary". As someone else noted a year ago, the explanation on the insurance was less than clear. The very first thing the owner said (this is verbatim) was, "I can't guarantee it will get there." It took 5 minutes of clarifying questions to get that he was explaining that because they didn't pack the item, they would not guarantee that the insurance would be paid if the item was damaged in transit. Their staff packing/repacking items is a service I've never heard of before but which now is available [for an extra charge, of course]. Presumably, one would be paying for all new packaging material and their time at inflated rates. I would not go there again unless it was an emergency. The UPS Store on College Ave near G&G is much better.By anthony stever, October 23, 2016
